Happy New Year, and thank you to all the schools, directors, teachers, students, and parents who made Raindrop & Rhythm’s very first year possible. Starting my own business was an intimidating goal that I finally took a chance on in 2025, but one that I knew would be well worth it. I love sharing all the different ways we can use movement to find fun, regulation, energy, and collaboration. This first year I’ve been very grateful for all the help, feedback, and ideas I have received as I’ve navigated so many new environments and new students. Every hour spent dancing, stretching, balancing, and breathing has also deepened my own understanding and appreciation for dance, movement, and yoga, and given rise to so many creative and fun ideas. Thank you everyone for a first year that I know I will remember and cherish forever.
